Il devait faire partie de la délégation officielle accompagnant Emmanuel Macron à Alger, et se réjouissait de ce retour à ses racines, malgré les critiques des Frères musulmans à l'annonce de sa venue.
On imagine d'autant mieux sa déception qu'hier encore, il confiait aux journalistes de L'Opinion son impatience à l'idée de vivre «un retour à [s]es racines dans une sorte d'émerveillement». Hélas, avant même la parution ce matin du journal, où le grand rabbin de France se réjouit en grosses lettres du «cadeau» que lui a fait Emmanuel Macron en le conviant avec lui en Algérie parmi les membres de la délégation qui vont accompagner le président de la République au cours des trois jours de voyage officiel, Haïm Korsia a été testé positif au Covid-19. Tous les participants du voyage étaient soumis à un test préalable, conformément au protocole établi par l'Élysée. Il explique ce matin au Figaro, confirmant une information de RMC, qu'il est asymptomatique, mais n'a pas voulu prendre le risque de contaminer des membres de la délégation présidentielle ou certains des hôtes algériens, et a donc préféré rester à Paris.

Mr. High Representative,
There is little doubt that Iran backs this week's Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) rocket bombing of Israel. The PIJ is known to be Tehran’s proxy agent in Gaza and the West Bank, while Hezbollah is the one operating from Lebanon. For both terrorist organizations, the main objective is: the annihilation of Israel and the Jews.
The PIJ Secretary-General Ziad Nakhaleh is presently seeking operational and financial support from his puppet-masters of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) – the elite of Tehran’s armed forces and considered a terrorist organization by the US. The PIJ has received some 70 million US$ from Tehran this year, and has been promised more if the sanctions were lifted.
The replacement of Al Qaeda’s mastermind Ayman al-Zawahiri, who was “executed” this week, is Saif al-Adel, who was involved in numerous terrorist kidnappings, killings and bombings, from Daniel Pearl to 9/11. He has spent years in Tehran and is presently there under a form of “mutually convenient” soft house arrest, where Iran can dictate Al Qaeda’s priority targets.
Despite sanctions, Iran’s vibrant arms industry is presently supplying drones to Russia, including “loitering kamikaze” drones, that will be used to kill both Ukrainians and foreign volunteers.
Iran’s IRGC fast attack craft out of Qeshm naval base have attacked oil tankers and cargo vessels in the strategically crucial Hormuz Strait shipping lane, perpetrating what is dubbed “energy terrorism” and piracy.
Tehran is directly implicated in the Buenos Aires 1992 attack on the Israeli Embassy (29 dead and 242 injured) and the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish Centre (85 dead and over 300 wounded). Related Interpol “Red Notice” arrest warrants have been issued for 5 Iranians who are now main figures in the regime’s hierarchy.
The network of IRGC foreign intelligence “Quds Force” sleeper cells as well as Iran-controlled Hezbollah operatives pervade Latin American countries, from Venezuela to Argentina. Sleepers are present also in other countries of the Western hemisphere.
The Iranian regime detains European citizens as hostages, spuriously accused of “espionnage” and withheld without due process. Bargaining chips for the lifting of sanctions?
Iran practices massive, gruesome and demonstrative death sentences – often by public hanging, firing squads or stoning. The “designated culprits” include minors and pregnant women. Among the most common “capital crimes” are homosexuality, apostasy and political dissidence…
Iran had transformed into a prison a former UNESCO school in Dezful, a town Iran has proposed for World Heritage Status. The “UNESCO prison” is reportedly used to detain, torture and execute minors.
For Reporters Without Frontiers (RSF), Iran’s “press freedom index” ranking has deteriorated to 178th out of 180 countries studied. The pseudo-theocratic regime regularly arrests journalists.
Iran’s current President, Ebrahim Raisi, is nicknamed “the Butcher of Tehran” for his three-decades reputation as Prosecutor, Attorney General and Chief Justice…
In June, as a gesture of hostility towards the IAEA nuclear proliferation watchdog, Iran disabled surveillance cameras meant to guarantee its bona fide in limiting the uranium enrichment process and renouncing the weaponization of nuclear energy.
In July, a senior advisor to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stated that Iran is now “capable of making its first nuclear bomb, but still has to decide whether to build it.” Is this intimidation or blackmail?
Mr. High Representative, is the EU still trying to convince the US on reviving the JCPOA? The revival would bring billions to Iran. Much would be promptly routed to finance the regime’s genocidal network, be it the nuclear and ballistic missile programme, the support to its proxies PIJ, Hamas and Hezbollah, or furthering the international outreach of the IRGC.
According to multiple independent expert sources (CSIS, IISS Military Balance and IHS Jane’s), Iran possesses the largest and most diverse ballistic missile arsenal in the Middle East (including cruise missiles), to date capable of reaching Israel and the Eastern Mediterranean. The JCPOA does not cover ballistic missiles.
Mr. High Representative, the situation reminds us of Neville Chamberlain’s 1938 statement following his discussion with Adolf Hitler: “…I return from Germany bringing peace with honour. I believe it is peace for our time… Go home and get a nice quiet sleep.”
Mr. High Representative, in this perspective, is the JCPOA another blind “Peace for our time” gamble, or the price to pay for more cheap gas and oil? In both cases, it looks like a lose-lose deal.
We urge Europe to come to its senses and remain wide awake. Iran is a latter-day Nazi regime and its targets – at home and abroad – are those who would not comply to its intransigent diktats. Its explicit threat looms indiscriminately over Europe and the West.
Our warning, “J'Accuse”, would be too late.

We write on behalf of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, one of the largest international Jewish human rights organizations with over 400,000 member families in the United States, Europe and Latin America. We are an accredited NGO at the United Nations, UNESCO, the OSCE, the OAS, and the Council of Europe.
We express grave concern regarding the heinous, unacceptable
statements by UN Human Rights Council Commissioner Miloon
Kothari. Not only has he now falsely accused Israel of “apartheid,”

Kothari
stated, “I would go as far as to raise the question of why [Israel is]
even a member of the United Nations. Because … the Israeli government
does not respect its own obligations as a UN member state.They, in fact, consistently, either directly or through the United States, try to undermine UN mechanisms.”
Kothari has given full-throated support to the biased, untruthful Human Rights
Council's “Independent International Commission of Inquiry (COI) on the
Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel”,
also known as the Pillay Commission.
We take note that this extremist, in diplomatic clothing, intends to meet
in the coming days with United States Members of Congress in
Washington.The Wiesenthal Centre is in contact with Congressmen to ban
Kothari and his COI colleagues from Capitol Hill, a measure we hope
to be emanated by the European Union.
This unprecedented UNHRC commission
-open ended- and unprecedented in scope, funded by millions of dollars
and 18 staff members with the sole objective
to investigate, demonize and prosecute the State of Israel in perpetuity – a threat no other nation on earth is facing.
For his part, Kothari
has already falsely labeled Israel an apartheid state and promises that
the Pillay Commission “will get to the apartheid question, at some
point in the future”; gathering “forensic data for submission to the
International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice,”…
“and then, at a particular time, hand it over to the judicial bodies
that can take action.”
Kothari is engaging in overt antisemitism, claiming
the “Jewish lobby” controls social media. The Jerusalem Post reported
this quote: “We are very disheartened by the social media that is
controlled largely by – whether it is the Jewish lobby or specific

In October
2021, the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, sent a
protest to the then-President of the Human Rights Council, in which she
complained that the appointment of Navi Pillay, Christopher
Sidoti and Miloon Kothari, the three members of the COI, had
violated the rules and guidance of the Office of the UN High
Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) on commissions of inquiry and
fact-finding missions.
By these rules and guidance, “members of such commissions
and missions should, in all cases, have a proven record of independence
and impartiality.” “There can simply be no doubt,” the letter
continued, “that these members are tainted by bias, let alone
the perception of bias, and cannot conceivably be regarded as
independent and impartial.”
The
Israeli letter added: “Mr. Kothari is also the subject of a formal
complaint to the OHCHR given his violation of UN regulations and ethical
standards when carrying out an 'unauthorized
official visit to Israel' as Special Rapporteur for Housing, which he had presented as a private academic visit.”

Madam Ambassador, this COI is a poison pill against peace and European goals, that
will embolden violence, terrorism, and antisemitism. We urge you to
publicly denounce Kothari's libelous statements, false accusations, and
anti-Jewish remarks against an ally, Israel, and the Jewish people.
The
Simon Wiesenthal Centre urges the European Union to voice full support
for the elimination of the anti-Israel Commission of inquiry.
The UN Human Rights Council's ill-conceived COI and its continuous anti-Israel resolutions call for firm action.
The defunding of the COI and the UNHRC targeting the Jewish state,
instead of confronting outrages generated by China,
Russia or Iran, the worst human rights violators, who should be made accountable to the
Council. If that cannot be met, the world of democracies should leave
the UNHRC.

As a 16-year-old member of a Zionist youth organization, we demonstrated against apartheid outside the South African London Embassy.
Our heroes were the Jewish anti-apartheid figures in the UK, Israel and South Africa. Almost all those charged in the 1963 Rivonia Trial were Jewish, namely Lionel Bernstein, Arthur Goldreich, Denis Goldberg, Harold Wolpe and others.
Nelson Mandela had noted, “I have found Jews to be more broad-minded than most whites on issues of race and politics. Perhaps because they themselves have historically been victims of prejudice.” I was in Johannesburg on that euphoric day of Mandela’s release.
Apartheid had begun three years after the Holocaust, promoted by the Nationalist Party and the rigid Verkrampte faction, with a background of antisemitism, expressed through their saying: “the Jew has a white face, but a black heart!” Five years later, I visited the Apartheid Museum in Johannesburg. Any Jewish connection had been removed. The curator was embarrassed by my questions.
In 1994, a Wiesenthal Center sting led to Bariloche, Argentina, revealing a roll of names of neo-Nazis, predominantly in South Africa. This resulted in the arrest of a group bent on bringing European assassins to murder listed members of the official Anti-Apartheid Committee.
For the first on the list, Chris Hani, it was too late. He had been shot by a Polish immigrant, Janusz Walus, close to the white supremacist Conservative Party. Second on the list was Judge Richard Goldstone.
During a visit, I and our then Latin American director, Sergio Widder, were invited by Goldstone to a “thank you” dinner in Johannesburg. We would have declined, if only we had known of his later report on Gaza, castigating Israel.
Identity theft
The Palestinian leadership has constantly committed “identity theft” to validate their own historical narrative, as in the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, where over the years they claimed numerous sites, from the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem to the Temple Mount, renaming the Kotel “al-Buraq Plaza” and still on the wish list, even demanding property over the Dead Sea Scrolls.
The new “apartheid” campaign against Israel is based on lies and identity theft, adopted by Amnesty International, presently including South Africa and Namibia – the latter bearing a horrifying history.
Moving from Jo’burg to Windhoek, I was hosted by the late Jewish leader Harold Pupkewitz, who pointed out that the capital of Namibia still held streets with German names, such as Kaiserstrasse… a vestige of Germany’s colonial bite of Africa, from 1884 until 1919, lost in the aftermath of World War I.
Indigenous Herero
In 1904, the German colonists began the genocide of the indigenous Herero, Nama and San peoples, who were systematically either deported to the Namib desert, or interned on Shark Island and died of abuse, starvation and medical experiments, by forerunners of Mengele, the monstrous doctor of Auschwitz.
Hundreds of skulls had also been shipped back to German universities. Some form of compensation was only granted in 2021.
Pupkewitz suggested, “if you want a Nazi experience, visit Peter’s African Artifacts in Swakopmund.” The next day, I took an early flight and went to the shop. After dropping a few neo-Nazi names in Europe, I asked where to find Hitler memorabilia.
Peter explained that he was purchasing Nazi artifacts from second- or third-generation Germans who intended to return to the Fatherland. He then opened “abracadabra” revealing shelves of nostalgic hate. These “non-African artifacts” were sold mostly to German tourists.
I bought several original LPs of Nazi songs, especially in praise of the 1936 Berlin Olympics. On the way out, I noticed T-shirts with swastikas. Peter told me they were sold and shipped in bulk to Germany. He then directed me to the Altes Amtsgericht – Hohenzollernhaus, where Hitler’s birthday parties had been annually organized.
Back in Windhoek, Pupkewitz advised to write to president Samuel Daniel Nujoma, the founder of SWAPO (the South West Africa People’s Organization). Wounded in fighting the South African apartheid occupants of Namibia, he was treated by a Jewish doctor, who made him aware of the Holocaust.
Our request was to expel Peter and close down African Artifacts. Due to the fact that he held only a German passport and had no Namibian citizenship, his expulsion was organized by Joshka Fischer, then foreign minister of Germany. Apparently, thereafter, Peter disappeared.
The occupation by South Africa from 1915 until 1990, especially in the years of apartheid, is a case-study abused by those Palestinians dealing in identity theft. We call on both South Africa and Namibia to advise Amnesty International that they will not allow their identity to be abused.

quarantaine de députés issus des quatre groupes de gauche à l'Assemblée ont cosigné une proposition de résolution demandant la condamnation de «l'institutionnalisation par Israël d'un régime d'apartheid». Pour l'avocat, une partie de la gauche a du mal à transiger
avec l'antisémitisme.

Je ne me donnerai pas le ridicule de discuter la résolution de demande de boycott d'Israël,
déposée par trente-huit députés de cette extrême
gauche qui n'existe pas, faute de la nommer, inspirés par un islamo-gauchisme imaginaire, inventé paraît-il de toutes pièces par l'extrême droite.
Par principe, je refuse d'argumenter contre l'antisémitisme quand
je le ressens dans ma chair éduquée.
Quand je sais que l'insulte pour disqualifier – nazisme ou apartheid – a remplacé délibérément l'argument documenté.
Quand je constate un ressentiment à caractère obsessionnel, comme déposer une résolution, toutes affaires cessantes, quelques jours seulement après leur élection,
alors que la France se débat dans d'immenses et urgentes difficultés.
Quand un double standard disproportionné est appliqué à l'individu juif ou l'État juif,
alors que l'on ferme les yeux au terrorisme islamique qui massacre en Israël – Palestine des juifs ou sept
cents chrétiens dans les trois derniers mois au Nigeria en silence.
Quand enfin l'état du peuple juif est traité comme le Juif des états.
Je sais bien à qui j'ai à faire. Et je ne discute pas.
Le seul double et triste intérêt de cette nouvelle pitrerie parlementaire gauchisante est de constater une nouvelle fois que l'antisémitisme, en France, est
incarné essentiellement par l'extrême gauche dans sa manifestation politique ou intellectuelle la plus dangereuse.
Et que cet antisémitisme gauchisant correspond très exactement au portrait du juif renversé, tel que détesté hier par l'extrême droite.

Plus généralement, mon lecteur sait bien que le combat que je mène contre les dangers d'une extrême gauche traitée avec trop de bienveillante indulgence est
mon combat premier.
C'est dans ce cadre que j'ai publié récemment, à dessein pour provoquer le débat, un Manuel
de résistance au fascisme d'extrême gauche.
J'avais bien évidemment tenu dans un chapitre à faire un sort particulier à l'anti sionisme maladif de la gauche extrême, qui est à mon sens l'une des manifestations
les plus évidentes de sa dérive fascisante.
Avant que d'expliquer que ce palestinisme de gauche, qui épouse aveuglément le narratif
arabe de Palestine, n'est qu'un avatar de l'islamo-
gauchisme, je tiens à écrire qu'on peut parfaitement être sensible à la cause arabe palestinienne sans être palestiniste.
J'ai toujours soutenu que les Arabes de Palestine avaient un bon dossier qu'ils avaient lamentablement sacrifié sur l'autel d'un islamo – nationalisme fermé
à tout compromis territorial.
Tous les gouvernements de la gauche israélienne de Pères à Barak auront proposé aux représentants
des Arabes de Palestine la maîtrise de la quasi-totalité des territoires contestés, en ce compris une partie de Jérusalem
– Est.
La fin d'un État pour le peuple juif sur la moindre partie d'un territoire qu'ils considèrent comme le leur pour des raisons historico-religieuses, les intéresse
bien davantage que la création d'un énième état arabo-musulman sur une partie du territoire convoité par deux peuples aux droits légitimes concurrents.
Cette déploration de l'absence d'un partenaire pour une paix définitive par un compromis territorial qui en requiert deux, ne me fait certainement pas oublier
la médiocrité du personnel politique israélien, recruté par un système électoral à la proportionnelle intégrale criminogène.
Mais même le plus éclairé des politiciens israéliens n'est pas en mesure de remédier à un irrédentisme islamo- palestinien fasciné par la violence terroriste
et antisémite que, précisément, les palestinistes d'extrême gauche regardent avec tendresse.
Ainsi, la gauche extrême fait montre de bienveillance à l'égard du mouvement terroriste
issu des Frères Musulmans, Hamas, fondamentalement et
officiellement antisémite, qui envoie régulièrement des missiles sur Israël, tandis qu'elle regarde répliquer l'état démocratique israélien avec une sévérité illimitée bornée.
Pour le premier, indulgence et compassion maximale ; pour le second, détestation et indifférence pour ses habitants.
Cette indifférence gauchisante pour le sort des juifs en Israël est de la même eau croupie que celle qui regarde avec des yeux vides les juifs français se faire
massacrer par des islamistes maison ou d'importation.
J'en viens à l'antisémitisme mutant, tel que je l'avais déjà décrit dans le
Nouveau Bréviaire de la Haine (Ramsay 2001).

Il faut bien comprendre que dans l'inconscient de l'islamo-gauchiste, le plus fanatique
des Arabes palestiniens est aimable parce qu'il incarne l'altérité et le Juif israélien détestable parce qu'il défend les frontières d'un
état-nation occidental, comme un vulgaire patriote français portant béret.
Allons plus loin: alors que l'extrême gauche adore le juif déporté en pyjama rayé, elle voit l'Israélien qui se défend comme un blanc au carré.
Le fasciste d'extrême droite abhorrait le stéréotype du juif métèque veule et apatride. Le fasciste d'extrême gauche abhorre le stéréotype du juif nationaliste
et belliqueux.
«Dis-moi comment tu es, je te dirai comment
je te hais», dit l'antisémite intemporel au juif du présent.
À l'aide de cette description explicative d'un virus antisémite mutant au gré de l'histoire juive, on peut comprendre que ceux qui en France prennent sans barguigner
pour argent comptant les accusations d'une famille de délinquants plutôt que les affirmations de la police française qu'ils taxent de raciste systémique, sont très exactement les mêmes qui ne voient pas d'inconvénients à ce que le Hamas bombarde aveuglément
la population israélienne mais voient comme une infamie l'obligation de lui répliquer en visant les terroristes mais au risque d'atteindre des civils délibérément utilisés comme boucliers.
C'est donc sous l'empire de cette idéologie qui ne se caractérise pas par sa finesse, qu'en France, le PCF, les Insoumis ou quelques écologistes en perdition
incarnent politiquement cet islamo-gauchisme viral, autant par passion idéologique létale que par nécessité électorale vitale.
C'est ainsi que Mélenchon a toujours soutenu l'antisémite Corbyn. C'est aussi le responsable de la France insoumise, David Guiraud (signataire de la résolution
parlementaire précitée ) qui, en mai dernier, n'a pas hésité sur Twitter à faire croire que de jeunes juifs dansaient de joie à la vue de la mosquée Al Aksa en feu. Il ne s'agissait que de deux arbres en flammes …. Bien que j'eusse dénoncé cette fausse information
et que la très sérieuse Samira El Gadir, traqueuse de mensonges sur TF1, m'ait emboîté le pas, notre pyromane politique des banlieues n'a pas renoncé à son brûlot inflammable. Pourtant depuis Ilan Halimi jusqu'à Mireille Knoll en passant par l'hypercasher
et Mohammed Merah, la dangerosité islamique pour les juifs français ne relève ni de la spéculation ni du fantasme.
Mais on ne peut appréhender ce dévoiement de l'islamo-gauchisme politique sans constater les dérives associatives ou médiatiques de la dernière décennie.

Ainsi, Amnesty International, qui a précisément accusé Israël contre l'évidence factuelle aveuglante de pratiques d'Apartheid, n'est plus cette respectable organisation
qui avait autrefois pour noble but de faire libérer des prisonniers incarcérés pour des raisons politiques.
Amnesty est aujourd'hui une ONG gauchisante qui milite en faveur des migrants illégaux et sa nouvelle présidente s'était déjà décrédibilisée en relayant, sur
les réseaux sociaux, un fausse information accusant Israël d'avoir empoisonné Arafat, ce que même la veuve de ce dernier, Souha, ne soutient pas …
Sur le plan médiatique, le palestinisme bénéficie d'une puissance de feu identique à sa matrice idéologique islamo- gauchiste.
Les mêmes journaux développant la thématique d'une police française raciste ont, en bonne logique, épousé la tendance à la sévérité infinie pour l'un et à l'indulgence
sans limites pour l'Autre.
